The Rules and Terms of Use, as well as all other relevant laws stipulated here, shall be applied during the use of burzaprijevoza.com. Burzaprijevoza.com reserves the right to alter these Rules and Terms of Use at any time and without giving prior notice. The alterations shall take effect upon their publication.

Article 2.

Protection and Use of Information

The advertiser agrees that burzaprijevoza.com shall use their e-mail address for the purpose of sending messages regarding the status of a submitted advertisement, for the purpose of delivering bills for possible use of advanced services, as well as for the purpose of sending other types of messages related to the advertisement submitted by the advertiser or to the advertisement itself.

Article 3.

Copyright protection

Data on burzaprijevoza.com is protected by the Copyright Protection Act. Copyrights related to burzaprijevoza.com include texts, their forms, graphics and other images owned by burzaprijevoza.com as well as a permit of a service provider and/or an advertiser. Burzaprijevoza.com reserves the right to exclude from the further use of the Site a user who in any way acts contrary to the Rules and Terms of Use, obstructs the work of the Site or breaches the rights of advertisers and users. Burzaprijevoza.com reserves the right to exclude from the further use of the Site any user who misuses published data or in any way uses burzaprijevoza.com without authorisation, especially in terms of:

copying of the contents published on burzaprijevoza.com and publishing in/on some other advertising media,
giving registration data to third parties for use,
lobbying advertisers on burzaprijevoza.com to advertise on similar sites or in other media, by contacting them in any way and offering them the same services as those offered by burzaprijevoza.com, the user�s authorisation to use this Site shall be automatically terminated, which may require compensation for damages or loss of profits.

Warranty

authority of the second party to enter into agreements, accuracy, completeness and truthfulness of advertisers' private information used by the same party in the correct way in business dealings
that there shall be no errors on the Site and/or that the Site shall function without interruption at any time
that third parties shall legally use the burzaprijevoza.com at all times.

Article 6.

Liability

To the extent not prohibited by applicable law, burzaprijevoza.com is not liable for any damages, loss or injuries that may occur directly or indirectly due to

Advertisement

When submitting an advertisement on burzaprijevoza.com, the advertiser agrees that burzaprijevoza.com has the right to distribute the information related to the advertisement. Therefore, it is strictly forbidden to submit an advertisement in any other way contrary to that described on burzaprijevoza.com. Burzaprijevoza.com makes every effort to offer its users quality service, and consequently reserves the right to alter, modify or delete all advertisements non-compliant to the criteria, especially as follows:

when the advertisement has been submitted to a wrong section

if the advertisement has been submitted two times (one advertisement published more times, advertising the same type of transport under different conditions...)

when the transport, description and/or price in the advertisement are incorrect and/or incomplete

when the transport and/or advertiser violate copyrights and/or other intellectual property rights

when the transport can cause damage and/or in any way violate someone else�s intellectual property rights

when the transport and/or contents in the advertisement contain discriminating aspects or materials illegal and forbidden by Croatian law

when one advertisement contains more types of transport and services

when the advertisement is offensive in any way towards burzaprijevoza.com

when the advertisement is suspicious in the sense of stolen or illegal goods transport

when the goal of the advertisement is to promote a company, directly or indirectly

when the advertisement in any way damages the quality of the contents

The advertiser agrees to:

Delete all the data in the advertisement within 48 hours if the advertisement is invalid

not use burzaprijevoza.com in the sense of violating copyrights, trademarks or logos nor sending hidden or coded messages

that all information, including photos, after the transfer of the data to burzaprijevoza.com becomes its property

that persons maintaining burzaprijevoza.com as well as its owners are not responsible for damages that may occur due to errors during automatic data processing or displaying.

Burzaprijevoza.com shall not participate in any part of the agreement between two parties, except in offering the service of use of burzaprijevoza.com as well as in searching and placing an advertisement for transport of goods or search for trucks. The agreement is carried out strictly between the seller and the buyer. Burzaprijevoza.com shall not participate in any transaction between the users. In some cases, burzaprijevoza.com may offer the service of placing the advertisement in the name of the seller, but shall not participate in further sales.

The users of burzaprijevoza.com agree that all the contacts are made exclusively at their own risk and accept that burzaprijevoza.com takes no responsibility or obligations in case of damaging consequences resulting from the behaviour of users.

Burzaprijevoza.com takes no responsibility and makes no warranties for any advertisement shown or sold on this Site including: ownership over any advertisement, accuracy or truthfulness of the description, readiness of the users to execute the transaction.

Article 8.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All requirements and disputes arising out of the use of the concerned materials shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Court in Osijek.
�imi? trade reserves the right to alter the contents of the www.burzaprijevoza.com Site without prior notice at any time, in any way or for any reason and is not responsible for any possible consequences arising from such alterations.
